  • Analyze client eligibility, risks, and strategic options under U.S. immigration law.

  • Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, briefs, and supporting documentation.

  • Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, CBP, DOL, and other government agencies.

  • Stay current on immigration laws, regulations, policies, and case law.

  • Ensure ethical compliance with bar rules, confidentiality, and professional standards.

  • Supervise legal work product to maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency.
